New Computer for £500-600 range

Want a new computer just for a general update from my 1-2 year old one and was thinking about this set up:

not planning to overclock anything just leaving everything as normal!

what you all think? or is there any better specs?

If you aren't going to overclock then that seems fine to me, the motherboard is pretty low end though if my knowledge of the Nvidia chipsets is still vaguely correct. I'd change the Ram to the Geil PC6400 C4 on This Week Only as it is about £20 cheaper and as well specified.

I see little point in going for an AMD rig in all honesty.

I know its £9 over... but
