I've just bought a new computer from overclockers and my processor was supposed to come overclocked, it is not, however.

Do I have to load a profile in the BIOS or something or has it not been clocked?

If you're comfortable with using the BIOS, go in and press F12 for BIOS profiles, there should be an OCUK one there.

If not, or there isn't a profile there, give OCUK a ring and they'll sort it out from there.

Have you checked BIOS to check the settings or are you referring to clock speeds within the OS. Often things like speedstep/ce1 etc are still enabled on bundles from OCUK as it's up to the end user if they want to use them or not, and because of this it doesnt show the overclocked CPU speed within Windows unless its needed (like running prime etc)
