New computer problem

Something weird just happened my pc shutdown by its self whilst browsing the internet and then it tryed to restart but didnt so I took the plug out and it restarted but have now lost my overclock settings.I can't understand it was blend and small ftf stable for 7+hours with the Q6600 barley touching 60c underload and 8800GTX temps fine around 80c at load.

my specs are

Q6600(b3) @3.0ghz vcore 1.35
Ocz 2x2gig 6400 c5 ram
8800GTX 630/1000
Gigabyte p35-DQ6 mobo latest bios update
520 watt corsair psu

any ideas ?

no it restarted when i was internet browser and when it went to post screen the cpu clock was back to stock i didnt even touch bios.

If it isnt the temp causing the shutdown, check your psu.
