Hi all, just got these parts for my mates mum computer

I had some issues with the ram, it wouldnt load past the windows install screen, even put the ram into my good computer and wouldnt load pass it so i know the ram is ****ed since put my ram in and worked first time.
my issue now is the bios load screen. it now takes 1 min and 20secs to get past it before trying to load up windows. tryed my ssd in his computer etc same issue and having issues updating bios since its windows 8. fun times
but tbh when i first loaded up the computer it maybe took like 30secs or something
tryed to remove battery, load default settings etc and i still cant make it to what it was.
any ideas?
