New computer thoughts?

My mums computer just recently died and I'm looking into making her a new one, he budget is around £400, I have came up for a computer build but was just wondering what you thought, and suggestions/recommendation.

She uses it for:
Web browsing(Facebook, Youtube etc)
Graphics programs (Photoshop etc)
Microsoft Office

Dont not buy AMD when it looks like you can afford Intel i5.

Does he have a GFX card as there is no onboard display solution with that AMD setup.
 
The board only takes upto 1600Mhz RAM,

Win10 as it's newer, what about an optical drive? does he have one and is it SATA?
 
OK, great much better, and yes the optical drive she has at the moment is fine and SATA.

She wants to stay on Windows 8.1 and I much prefer the seatgate drives, but this is what i have at the moment.
 
Done then.

One thing is the board doesnt have front USB3.0 header, so the cases USB3.0 port maybe unusable.
