Looked on the overclockers website, you should have chosen the 64bit version of Vista as that will make full use of your ram. With 32bit you can only use 3GB maximum of ram, you should also note that 64bit version of vista are way faster than the 32bit counterparts. Try ringing up overclockers or sending a webnote to get them to change the order so it comes with a 64bit version of home premium.

Other than that its a very nice machine, one you go dual monitors you never go back I run 3 monitors now :).

Very nice, I think if you run dual monitors it will disable SLI mode and run single mode.

Hello All,

I ordered the machine on Sunday Evening for Delivery this Thursday which is tomorrow. I have just checked the account area part and its still showing as "In Our Warehouse Queue" I have checked another order which I placed yesterday for another hard drive and a few cables and this has been dispatched. Should I be worried as I booked the day of work and I assumed selecting a later date which make sure that I got it if it was In Stock?

Cheers

Just Phoned Overclockers

Good Morning All,

Yes phoned Overclockers and they have informed me that they are going through the testing stage and the chap on the other end said that I should be receiving the computer tomorrow morning.

So when it turns up I shall take some pictures of it all and the new monitors as well :)

Watercooling New Computer?

Hey Guys,

When I receive the new machine tomorrow does it come loaded up with watercooling fluid or do I have to purchase some for it?

I haven't done watercooling before so you will have to excuse my ignorance :P

Cheers

I would run 64bit over 32bit, unless your using specific applications which are not supported by the 64bit platform. The performance increase between the two version is very noticeable not only for me but for many other people too :).

Well guys changed the ram over to some OCZ 1066mhz stuff also replaced the 9800GX2 with a GTX280 and put in the other 500gb hard drive :)

here is a new picture of my final changes :)
