I'm looking at getting a new computer soon, and look at spending around 2k, I used my computer for Games
but mostly I use Photoshop for editing DLSR images (and some times hand drawn tattoo's) and I also do allot of VMWARE test labs for work... and also like to listen to music while I do this
My Old system is as follows: -
Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.4GHz
4.00GB RAM (maximum MB can take)
500GB HDD (RAID 0)
Geforce 8800 GTX
Creative SB X-Fi (5.1 Speakers)
2 Monitors (1680x1050 and 1280x1024)
Windows 7 Ultimate (Give to me from Microsoft so coming with me)
This system has lasted me about 3/4 years and would like the same for the new one?
My Question is what type of system can I get for 2k, I can build it my self if it works out cheaper on OC than getting one of there prebuilt systems?
(if I'm allowed to say that)
Any help much apreciated...
P.S are having a Solid State Hard Drive Upgrade much of a performance increase?
