Just build a new rig, specs are:
E6300
DS3
2GB Geil PC5300
ATI x1800XT
Antec 450W Smartpower PSU
Dell CRT
It will boot up fine on first attempts, and I can get to windows installation, but whenever I restart the pc (via cntr alt del or otherwise) it will not display anything on the screen, even though there is still hard drive activity, fans spinning etc. There is also a green light on the crt.
Any ideas, I'm lost...

Update 1: Windows is installed now. But I still get the black screen on restarts. The black screen is now appearing after proper start ups (no restarts).
Update 2: When turning on, it will spin up, stop for 5 seconds, start again and give me 1 long 2 short beeps. After several attempts I can get to windows.
Update 3: Windows stops just before it loads the welcome after installing the graphics drivers. Problem with the graphics card possibly?
