Allo all... contract is now up. At the mo I'm on Orange, 200 mins anytime and 120 txts and it's just not enough, it costs me £38/month but it was one of those cash back deals (50 quid initially and 3 x 38.33 cheque backs).

However it's still not that cheap as I've had some like 100 quid bills and I can't do with that.

I saw on O2 online a 750 mins/750 txts for 35/month which sounded ok and unless I see anything else I think that'll do (I just need check the mins are anytime!) as I can't be arsed with chequeback stuff as it's hassle photocopying bills and waiting for cheques hehe.

So yeah, I'm after a contract a bit like the O2 online one I've seen.

Phone wise, I got no idea - I have a 6230i at the mo... which is fine in itself. I aint keen on smartphones, and I don't really like flip phones (apart from like the D600 stylee phones) but literally don't have a clue what to go for.

Whats hot and whats not? Preferably nothing with stupid small keys lol :)

Thanks all!

my brother just got 650 mins and 1100 texts per month for £30 a month with Orange Direct if that's of any interest.

direct from orange on orange.co.uk
He chose the 300 minute 100 text option for £30
Chose 150 3g minutes as his lifetime option and you get 200 mins and a thousand texts extra as part of the promotion

If you're happy enough with your phone why don't you consider getting one of O2 onlines sim only contracts. For £30 a month you can get 400 anytime, any network minutes and 1000 texts. You are not stuck on a 12 month contract either so you can cancel any time

Good idea that, I'd need to get my phone unlocked though, tried myself and failed lol so it needs a cable unlock now :(

Will go have a nosey on o2 though :)
