New Cooler Suggestion

Im currently running an Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev 2 with my Q9550 (picked one off ebay). The temps arent too bad, it is idling at 44oc and full load around 65oc. But now I want to pick up a new cooler for my CPU that hopefully will cool it better to allow for overclocking room. My only requirement is that it has to be as or near as quiet as the freezer 7. I currently have the Freezer 7 set to 1100rpm. Watercooling is out of the question as the case I have is pretty crap although it does give pretty good airflow.

TRUE or Venomus X + good fans

Noctua NH-D14

or corsair H50-1

Probably about 60...could stretch to 70

Looking at the Noctua NH-D14 and having some good reviews...considering it...anyone here got it and can vouch for the noise?

It's very quiet and comes with some Ultra low noise adapters if you want the fans to run even quieter.
