New cooler to replace AC7 pro

Looking to try and shave a few more c's off my temps, was originally looking at getting a ultra 120 extreme, but having checked my case and measured I don't think it will fit, so I'm left looking at alternatives

Scythe Ninja Plus Rev.B or the Noctua NH-U12F as they are roughly the same size and will fit in my case will I get much increase in cooling potential with either of these over my AC7?

Can u not fit a Tuniq in there?

Yeah they'd be better than the AC7 for sure. But do you really need a better cooler? It's unlikely to increase your overclock very much, but it will reduce noise levels provided you use a very quiet fan.

I want to push the oc up to 2.8 but the af7 is way to noisy and the temps do rise significantly.

At the moment on load @ 2.6 it's about 55c, I'd like to keep it at that temp when I move up to 2.8 and was hoping that a better cooler will be able to do this as well as not sounding like a jet engine as the pro's fan has to spin right up at 2.8 and the load is knocking on for 60c.

I see the tuniq is back on the OC website so I would consider that.
