New cooler

Looking at getting either Tuniq Coolers that OcUK have and im just wondering how they mount? Wouldnt the sheer weight of the heatsink put loads of strain on the mobo? My mobo is MSI G33M

They have a backplate which helps, but can put extra strain on the board.
