New Cooling Needed - Please Advise!!

Hi guys,

I need some advice please

My Asetek watercooling system is on it's last legs I think.

The pump is getting noisy, my temperatures have been slowly increasing and much as anything it's making me a little paranoid. I can't be bothered with it anymore, changing HDD drives recently was a nightmare as the machine is so heavy!!

My system is exactly as my sig, other than 1.5tb more HDD space. I don't play games on my PC anymore, as much as anything it's simply a hub for my Sonos music system.

I don't really need watercooling or sli any more. I'll sell my second 7800GTX (for a measly sum I'm sure) and my Asetek bits (maybe not the pump though!)

I've been out of the game for a while - I need a good CPU cooler, a cooler for one of my 7800GTX's and a northbridge cooler. Something too keep things cool without sounding like an Airbus A380!

What's good and what's not? I'm not overclocking and I'm not gaming. Are the 3 items below any good?

My system currently utilises 4 x 120mm SilenX fans + 1 x 80mm fans which I'll keep.

Later this year I am going to change to quad core, new memory, new board etc. I can't afford it just yet as I've got 3 rooms to get plastered and decorated and carpet and new furniture etc.
