Just changed my psu to a Corsair tx650 (had old generic 400w).
Got a ZOTAC GTX260 192 Core SYNERGY EDITION 896MB DDR3
Connected everything up and graphics card power is fluctuating (best I can describe). There is power to it but fan on it keeps going off/on. Am using the two pci connectors.
System is 2.7 Black Edition, 4gb HyperX, 1x Sata HDD, cdrom.
Done this video to let you guys hear the noise pc makes when boots up. Just keeps doing this repeatingly and get nothing on screen.
