New CPU and MB needed please.

I'm still using an AMD 2500xp-m with an Abit NF7-S 2 motherboard and I'm looking to upgrade. Only problemis I'm not sure which cpu and motherboard to go for. I'd like to stick with AMD and obviously have to go downt he 64 bit route.

Can someone spec me up a new cpu and motherboard please. Not sure how much I want to spend but I don't want to spend too much.

Oh, I currently have a 6600gt agp card that I would like to keep for the time being. Are there motherboards that can support both AGP and PCI-E?

ASROCK do an AGP and PCI-E board, its not the nicest board, but you don't have much choice if you want both AGP/PCI-E.
