Just got my new cpu cooler (not from ocuk)


Ordered titan fenrir xmas edition and they sent it just a bag protecting it i though they put it in a box at least :(


I did not even have to open it to see the top fin and copper pipes are all bent out of place and the packaging all damaged as well.

20 min trying returns line nothing :(

Called sales line i got to talk to some one within 10 seconds he passed me on to customer service and they now going to swap the cooler over next week when they get new stock.

So who fault is it the shop for not packing the item in a box or city link lol

Ouch, always a pain when stuff arrives damaged, Parcelforce managed to damage one of the PCs I sent a few weeks back too. :(
 
I am just happy i don't have to send it back myself i seem to be having back luck with orders the last few weeks a monitor i got was also busted and had to wait 2 weeks for a new one :(
 
I bought an Akasa Aurora which had bent fin's. I used a screwdriver to straighten them. Still works fine and my idle temps are around 30°C. Living in Northern Ireland means 50% of stuff turns up damaged so it could be worse.

If it was only little bent then i would have not of worried about it to much but this thing was falling to bits lol

I would get picture but only got phone camera and can't see much of anything as it still in the packaging.
 
Already called the shop up getting it swapped over next week :)

Shame ocuk did not have the cooler i wanted id rather buy from here if its the same price as everywhere else.
