Do new cpu coolers come with thermal paste?
Decided to upgrade mine and after I ordered realised it might not come with paste

Don't think there is a hard and fast rule. Some come with a rectangle of pre-applied thermal interface material, some have a sachet or tube in the box some none at all.

EDIT: It should be listed in the contents if it is included - most of the ones on OcUK for instance list the contents.
