New CPU cooler question

Would this cooler be any good (and compatible with) for my system..?

Noctua NH-D14 Dual Radiator and Fan Quiet CPU Cooler

and would it enable me to get a decent further overclock (possibly arond the 4GHz mark..?) also someone on another forum mentioned that it is an absolute nightmare to install, could anyone here elaborate on this..?
I am a novice as far as upgrades go & have never installed any components, would this be too advanced for someone with very little upgrade experience..?

Firstly delete the competitors link, they sell that product here so link to this shop, not a competitor
Secondly it is a good cooler and yes youll get that OC easy
And finally it will be fiddly, and depending on your case you may have to remove your mobo first, but its not particularly technical, just time n patience
