New CPU Cooler

Will the Zalman CNPS9700 fit onto the evga 680 motherboard? Im making a new system, this is the mainboard and the cpu a E6600 and I would like better cooling than the standard one they come with. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums.
Since no-one seems to know, best to try asking in this thread, and make sure you do ask because a lot of people have been having problems with heatsinks on this board due to some small capacitors on the back interfering with heatsink brackets.
Hopefully one of the evga 680i owners in that thread will have tried this heatsink.
If not you could try emailing zalman.
