New cpu cooler

I have artic freezer 7 and it keeps falling off the cpu as the clips are sh*te.

Can you recommend me a new one preferably with good clips for an asus board?

TBH I'd avoid clips as they tend to be more or less the same with socket 775 coolers.
you may be able to take the clips off the existing cooler & use it with a bolt thru kit as mentioned here.
