New CPU Installed on random boot ups

I get this message on random boot ups. Not every boot up since i've had my computer back from repair a while ago.

New CPU installed! Please enter setup to configure your system. Press f1 to run setup.

Why would i be getting this and how to fix it?

ill try a bios update but i highly doubt its that. I've been getting problems with this pc ever since i bought it...first it was ram. now this meh
