Does the CPU come with a Heatsink/Fan? And would I need to reformat my PC after, its an I3570k at the moment.

PSU is more than good enough.
CPU comes with the bog standard intel cooler, but LGA 1200 boards have the same size cooler fitting holes as previous 115x boards from what I've read, so if you have a decent cooler on your existing rig give that a try.

Fresh windows install is always best with new hardware.

Well ended up getting the above setup but got the msi gaming WiFi motherboard instead.

Installed today, boots up fine and everything working.

And yes @Grimley my old cooler master hyper 212x from my i5 3570k worked a treat.

So I haven't reinstalled windows yet but so far all seems good. Any benchmarks I should check to ensure its performing correctly?

Also what's the best motherboard settings for performance...
