Am looking for a new CPU and motherboard for gaming and occasional sound editing. I have a £600 budget.
I have had some advice from a mate and bought the following so far:
Samsung 830 256GB SSD
HIS 7950 Boost
8GB Samsung Green RAM
... and I already have a OCZ 80+ 750W PSU and Corsair 200R case. However, he's gone on his hollibobs before we finished discussing the build and I'm a little overwhelmed with the choices.
I mostly play FM13 which I believe uses as many CPU cores as are available so I'm thinking of an i7 of some sort. Am quite happy overclocking to get the best bang per buck.
