New CPU & RAM drivers question

Bit of a 'noobish' question, but I'm just asking to make sure

Apart from updating my BIOS and reloading defaults (I have to update it to support the Q9550) are there any drivers I should be reinstalling when I install my new CPU & RAM? Ideally I'd like to completely reinstall Vista, however I can't be bothered . I'll reinstall when I get Windows 7.

I'm guessing I'd be best off reinstalling audio, LAN and chipset considering I'll be upgrading the BIOS?

I wouldn't bother if you aren't installing a new OS.

updating the bios doesn't require you to reinstall any drivers
or a new cpu n ram

Yip, Windows will manage its own drivers for the CPU and RAM.
