New CPU. Which one?

Hi all

Im looking to upgrade my current cpu (pentium d 805) to something better. My current budget is £90 although I can go slightly higher. Whats the best cpu to get. Im thinking of getting the e7300 or should I wait and go for a quad/better processor?

I mainly use my computer for gaming and listening to music.

My current setup

Intel Pentium D 805
EVGA 650i Ultra
8800gts 320mb
hiper 520w psu

Bear in mind you may need to update your BIOS to use a newer chip.

ah ok thanks for the reccomendations. Is the e6600 any good?

is it better than the e7300?
