New CPUs, should I wait?

Im getting my new build around christmas, but the thing is, I don't know whether to wait or not for new the cpus to come out. This will be my first build (signature below) and I'm dying to get it ( because its been so long saving up ) because my laptop that I have now is the biggest load of overheating, design fault pile of **** laptop ever created(dell xps m1530). Will these cpus be much more expensive? The build I'm getting should destroy anything I throw at it. So, is it worth waiting? Thanks

Edit: Decided I need to start somewhere and this will be more than capable of running anything in the next few years. Thanks

New cpu's - faster this - better that, in my opinion if you know what you want just get it, you have to get on the ladder sometime

lol my bad, i also hear that the new chips will be limited and wont be overclockable

Yes I hear the lower end chips will be Blck locked to prevent overclocking and only top end/enthusiast chips will be unlockable on blck and multiplier. This is very bad if it's true.
