Yeah, it seems as if the SETI crunchers only come out to talk when they've a tifffy oor some high-up-the-ranks stomp to announce.

Lots of people here do cruch seti, its just that people talk about folding lots to keep rich happy
now get talking some more or there'll be no news at all this week!
I don't know how many people are spread between the various Boinc projects but the folding team is only about 100 active users - whenever new ones start we seem to get about the same number just drifting away. It just seems like it's the whole community doing FAH as we're all a bit mental from looking at too many proteins

It's the community aspect that makes it fun, IMO. Just the glory of the points can only be interesting for so long.
