new crysis vid!

Is this the promotional trailer made by EA explaining the story of Crysis with lots of footage and narration about the features in the game? If so then I enjoyed this video but it's still a shame we're not seeing any DirectX 10 footage.

It's downloading now, but I am using all my bandwidth. Only reason I asked, not going to get to see it for a while.

Yeah it just suddenly finished downloading out of the blue, it's exactly the same video. I don't mind the video, but like I said it would be nice to see some real DirectX 10 footage to see if there is actually a single iota of difference aside from smokebreath technology.

i think the 1.5 version is for subscribers only
is it just me , or does this game just not look like it moves that smooth?

your right its jerking like its running at 10fps. and its not the recorded videos framerate, looks like the pc can;t cope with it.

Probably running it at max to show off all the new scenery etc. Far Cry ran poorly when it was released too, but didn't look noticeably worse when you turned the detail down a bit as CryEngine was a very optimised engine.

I imagine the same can be said about CryEngine2 and Crysis.
