New custom build

Hey folks, New to these forums, but heard good things about Overclockers.

I am looking to self build my new pc, after my laptop i have at the minute is on its last legs.

I would need everything, as i have nothing to get started.

Any guidance on what bits to get, would be hugely appreciated.

My budget in mind is £400 but could stretch if required and if it would make a hugh difference to the gaming. My gaming needs on the PC atm are World of Warcraft on Ultra basically, as ive played the last few years on Low settings and 10-15fps id love to have way better settings and fps. The only other pc i really play on a regular basis is Football Manager.

Again looking to self build as i think it would be quite an exciting project. And any help on what bits to buy would be appreciated, and help me not make a complete mess of things.

I would change the RAM to the fastest the board will take. It will improve the onboard graphics.

The inbuilt graphics chip on that CPU will be sufficient for games like WoW and Football Manager. Although it will struggle to run WoW on ultra due to how the games is coded to use CPU cores.

hey thanks for the replies folks, just a wee update, i wouldnt require a monitor or keyboard and mouse, as i have these from previous desktops ive owned.

So with that in mind, and overtime been granted at my work for the next 3 weeks, my budget is able to be increased woohoo which is a good thing i suppose to a max of £550-£600
