New custom desktop software please.

Does anyone know any decent software to change the look of your desktop, i used to have window blinds but im after something much better, not too expensive though...

How exactly do you want something better? It does exactly what it is supposed to do? You wont find anything that does it better and certainly not one as widely known or supported.
