cheers for the idea but think im gonna get this .. just need to know what the right price for it would be .. im buying it off someone so ofc dont wanna get overcharged :)
Simple, how much is he charging you for the lot (don't worry about currency, the bofins here will figure an exchange rate)?

EDIT: & not trying to be rude or anything, those are items currently on the market so you can use the OcUK Shop (here), etc to figure out the prices yourself :p

ah didnt know there was a shop tbh :) thanks .. as i said dont post much :( but u werent being rude m8 :)
basically he wants 3000euro but everything in setup etc

It has been a while since I used Euros but since a comparable PC now costs around £1650(very dodgy conversion in my head would have been around 2400 Euros based on last time I used Euros) it looks like a rip-off to me not to mention the pointlessness of Crossfire on a 19" monitor. The Seasonic is there as a placeweight since the Thermaltake PSU is out of stock. The motherboard is because it is the most expensive Gigabyte and the monitor is a good mid-range model.

ye works out at 2,463.31euro .. kk ill get him to 2500euro so i guess
any chance u can explain to me why the crossfire is a waste tho plz ? :)

As a guess I'm surprised I was so close, is this person building it brand new for you? If it is secondhand then I'd be suggesting aiming to pay a whole lot less, it isn't the most modern technology(Conroe is newer), the Ram is decent although not the best so you could do better for the money I think.

Crossfire only tends to excel at resolutions of 1600x1200 or higher which a 19" tft cannot use, a normal max resolution for a 19" tft is 1280x1024(same as a 17" tft in fact) so you would be paying for power that you don't/won't really use for quite a while plus dual graphics card set-ups are often more hassle. A single X1900XTX would save you money and be more than capable of coping at 1280x1024 :)

I'd still recommend if your spending that much to buy my systems I listed because it will be a lot cheaper.

Is it brand new btw? Cos if it isnt take 15 or 20% off (if its near new) or 25-30% if its old.

its pretty new and in very good condition .. the problem with buying your PC TopGun is that i would prob make a balls of putting it together or forget something small etc :(

thanks for your help guys .. will be in contact if anything changes .. gonna get him to bring the price down definately

Nowadays its so much easier to build one. With excellent guides like this one & the great people here on this Forum you CAN NOT go wrong ;)

I'm sorry but, over £1200 (roughly €1790) is a rip off for that rig :(

& two (2) RAPTORS! Will you be able to live with that noise? Segates 7200.10 are really taking the market by storm, see here.
