Hi everyone

I have probably rly stupid question, but still its a question.

Few days ago I received new D5 pump and when took her from box I seen small metal part inside plastic transparent "snail" (all luck it is RGB model)

After closer inspection and disassembling pump. I found small metal "thing" similar to ball.
Also inside "black plastic part" of pump (I have no idea how its correct name :) ) I see two metal heads from pins or ball. Size will be hm.. almost this same to that what I found.

Pump was in original packaging, bag and box. I try to find photos of D5 inside. No luck.

So at this moment pump is still on my desk. I dont want to put it into loop if is damaged.
I send photos of that inside of "black plastic part" :) with two visible metal parts.

Maybe you can solve that mystery :)

Warranty? All fine and dont worry anymore? :)

Hi :), Yes that is perfectly normal. They are part of the design and are essentially weights to ensure the impeller (black plastic part) is balanced correctly to minimise vibration etc at speed.

If one has say fallen out of the impeller which i think you are describing. It will be a cylidrical shape. Then the pump should be returned. As they are balanced at the factory and there is no sure way of knowing where to put it back otherwise it could risk damage.

A picture of the metal ball shaped item would help clarify that.
