New ddr4 ram 3600mhz = pc restart

I just bought 2 days ago 2 stick s of ram 8gb x 2 : crucial ballistic 16-18-18-36
BL2K8G36C16U4B 3600 MHz
They run from factory at 2666mhz so I turned the xmp profile on, all good but when I go in a game my system just restarts.
Went back in bios, put the profile back on auto, changed the frequency to 3600 and the voltage 1.35 everything else on auto and the timings now are 19 19 19 43 it seems to work just fine now.
My question is, is it okay to leave the settings like that or?
I m using them with a 11700k cpu and asus rog strix Z590-F motherboard.

Perfectly fine to leave them at those settings but you could set the correct timmings and add a bit more voltage. Try 1.36, 1.37 v your good up to 1.4v
