New dedicated rig

So after clearing out my SR-2s

Ive built a new rig and have some GFX cards going spare plus some cases and a PSU so... whats the best base which can take at least 2x 590s maybe a 580 too?

Looking for the best £/performance for a mobo cpu combo sources are not really limited anything from 1156>upwards I guess is the way to go any recommendations?
