Hi everbody!

2 and a half years I bought a Dell XPS from the Outlet and it was awesome! Has served me very well, but now its giving up the ghost. Mine had problems with the GFX card, the NVIDIA one. (Can't remember the exact model number right now). In December last year the card malfunctioned, I got it repaired for the pricely sum of £100 and now its gone again :(

So I have decided to get a new laptop, loved my Dell before and have had a look around and it still seems the best for the money tbh. Found a £70 off voucher which made it even better!

Base Intel® Core™ i5-480M (2.66hz, 4Threads, 3MB cache)
Memory 4096MB 1333MHz Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM [2x2048]
Video Card 1GB NVIDIA® GeForce® GT 420M Graphics Card
Hard Drive 500GB (7,200rpm) Serial ATA Hard Drive
LCD 15.6 HD WLED TL (1366x768) 720p with 2.0 Mega Pixel Integrated Camera
Wireless Networking Intel® Wireless LAN 6200 2x2 802.11a/b/g/n card (EUR)

Not going to bother getting the higher resolution screen, it'll be wasted. My HTPC will cover that.

So does the 420M have any issues I should know about or will it keep running ok?

Bye Everybody,
