how well would the cooler and PSU cope with the current setup, considering the overclocked CPU?

and if in the future i added another 580 in SLI, would this same setup still be fine?

power supply should be fine for SLI 580's. the power supply calculator i use says you'll need a little over 750W, so the 850W will be perfect

The cooler seems to be a lot of money. I'd probably go with a H70, Antec Kuhler, or a top air cooler, like the Thermalright Archon (BIIIG) and such.

Dunno about the TX and SLI, but that's a lot of power. The next step would be 1000W, and somehow that seems overkill.

Well Anandtech show 580 SLi draw as 851, and that's without OCing

Although Guru3d has it as 720 at the plug with a i7 965 @ 3.7GHz. Who to believe.

EDIT : Anandtech has it at 777. The 480 SLI is 851.
