New DS Lite Colours

nice might get one its got to be better than the brick DS we have now, does it do eveything the old one does?

what adaptor do I need for power or will a GBA or current DS charger work
 
its same as the old DS but smaller and the screen is brighter. It doesnt use the GBA/DS charger afaik and uses something smaller (I think it uses the the GB micro adapter)
 
Be nice if it pushes down the prices of the originals. Want to get my Mum one so she stops using mine :p
 
I would definitely be interested in one of these, I never got one before because I didn't have the money, should hopefully have some come summer and may be persuaded to get some Big N love.

...but the DS has sold tremendously well, and will probably continue to do so for the foreseeable future. How does releasing an updated version constitute 'flogging a dead horse'?

Apparently Nintendo Japan are telling people on their website that the DS Lite wont be capatible with any current chargers out atm (even the micro), so I think I ll just get a step down transformer from auction.

you can get the transformer from liksang for like a fiver, im gonna order the enamel navy one, does it definetly have all the functions of the current DS
