Hi there guys I just broke my Vsonic VSD3s that lasted for almost 2 years. I accidentally stood on them while running late to the lecture. Never mind, I need new earphones and I came across Alfa Genus V2 for £40. Are they any good and how would the compare to Vsonic. Also, I was thinking About RHA 750 but are they worth the additional cost?

Surprised no one has replied to this. I can't add anything of use really, as I'm not a follower of earphones. This post is more of a bump. :D

Nobody is going to be able to tell you what you want as earphones will sound different to everyone who listens to them. Everyone's inner ear is a unique shape and this alters the sound as the resonances will be different.

The MA750 are a nice sounding earphone and the non-apple version is pretty much bomb proof. But for another £20 you can get the Fidue A73, which I definitely prefer. It's hotter than the fairly neutral MA750, has more bass, rich mids and sizzling highs that really bring out the detail and in my case at least, never become sibilant.

My advice would be to send for a pair of whatever you are contemplating and if they don't suit you, send them back.
