new email accounts set up

hi -
we are moving our emails over to a new provider today

we use exchange 2003 and the new company has sent me

incoming server
outgoing server

a new smtp port
and a number of email passwords


now i go into outlook on my own computer to set it up
tools>email accounts and there is no way of changing existing setup

do i do it on the client machines or on the server

sorry - ive never done this before and i know its simple stuff
just could do without hte hassle of ballsing it up

You're using exchange but with external POP3 accounts? In which case i assume you're using SBS.

If that's the case, the accounts are set up on the POP3 connector on the Exchange server.

just noticed they sent me pop3 details - no wonder i was confused
smtp details on the way form them and should sort out the mess
