New fan not working.

I've got a BeQuiet! 80mm fan now in the rear of my case. Connected via a Bitfenix Molex 3x3pin adapter. I've got one already on a string of molex cables, and added this new one TO that string (2 molex's with 3x3pins) The other fans work fine.

Any ideas..?

Edit: Power supply is Superflower Leadex Gold 650w. Do I need to add a seperate string of molex cables into the PSU, then attach the adapter to one?

Or you could connect it to a header on the Mobo?
There should be a least 3.
