hey I have recently added a new fan to my case, and its pretty loud,
what I'm asking is this - Can I change the fans speed with a program? or will I need to get a fan controller?

Thats a simple cheap way of altering the speed.

Are you planning on adding any more fans?

If so, might be worthwhile for you to just buy a fan controller.

nope, just this one on the front, so I'll just get the single controller ;]
