New fans

Well for starters, there's way more options for 120mm and I like variety :p 140mm are meant to be quieter and move more air, and I know you are meant to take statistics with a pinch of salt but judging by them there isn't much difference between them..

The only 140mm fan that stands out is the following

YOUR BASKET
1 x Phanteks PH F140SP 140mm Fan White LED - Black / White £12.49
Total : £16.40 (includes shipping : £3.26 Ex.VAT).

For CPU cooler I would recommend the following fan, it depends really which one you have already but this one should perform nicely

YOUR BASKET
1 x Akasa AK-FN057 Apache Super Silent 120mm Fan - 4 Pin PWM £6.66
Total : £8.94 (includes shipping : £1.90 Ex.VAT).

For the cpu I have the cooler master EVO 212

Would it make a big difference if I would install to fans on top and one on the bottom?

They are quite high, when surfing the internet is not too bad as:
CPU-38 to 45 C
GPU-32C

In games they rise up too

CPU- 60 to 66C
GPU- 45 to 52C

and in rendering

CPU- goes up to 100C
Gpu-50C

Actually they might be overclocking as on the CPUID it says 3899MHZ, but it goes this high when I turn a game on, Also I did not turn overclocking by my self. So how do I turn it off and what will be the difference. Or is that the normal speed?

Well 100c is too high even for rendering, especially at stock speeds. I'd look at re-seating the cooler and getting case airflow sorted. What case do you have?

And that is turbo boost kicking in to 3.9GHz you can disable it in the BIOS. I would still be more concerned about 100c and looking to rectify it.

You said CPUID reported 3900MHz which equates to 3.9GHz so it is definitely kicking in :)

And OK didn't know it was a prebuilt system, in that case I hope they get it sorted.
