Click to release, wait until it swings to the right (not quite horizontal), and then click again. Nearly always hits the house for me doing that.

EDIT: Well, nearly vertical actually.

Bounce the fridge along the floor. I even got it to flip over the old lady without touching her, but it still brought the house down and wrecked her.
