New FM2 processor or new board/cpu combo?

Current board is an Fm2A75M

Would it be worthwhile sourcing an A8-9600 to replace the A8-5600K currently installed.
RAM I think is 8GB.

Just a desktop PC with a little photo / video editing. SSD for the main OS currently.

Any recommendations on a cheap AM4 setup please? Board and CPU only as i think the ram should be ok
