New folder with P4 HT questions

I'm currently running a P4 HT 3.2Ghz and 1 GB RAM, i thought i'd sign up for this folding as it seems like a good way to contribute to the world

Two questions really, should i be running two FAH console? and i set my CPU to run at 80%, is that ok?

EDIT: I am running two copies and my CPU temp is 60 degrees C, think i should stop or just run the one?

Hi again, thanks for the advice

I think i need to start again lol Last night i had two consoles running and my CPU temp went up to 79 degrees C :eek:

So i quickly turned it off and shut down my PC, however i think it could be a speedfan malfunction... or a heat spot on the CPU? i don't want speed fan to control my fans just to monitor, is there any way of doing that? :rolleyes:

Yeh i changed the % being the inquisitive person i am, not i want to change it back lol atm i've uninstalled it and it seems to have gone beack to normal, but obviously now i cant monitor

Are there any other programs?
