I'm currently upgrading my extremely old PC (Q6600 / 6800 GT) having used high-end laptops for the past few years.
I've researched and come up with the below spec:
My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £1,654.76
(includes shipping: £23.10)
It's used mainly for work (Photoshop, Visual Studio, Large Excel sheets) as well as casual gaming (Battlefield, Minecraft, GTA) all at 1440p.
Is the EVGA PSU a good choice? I've always used Corsair PSUs in the past.
Also, is there a recommended GTX 970 other than the MSI? Having looked at the reviews online it appears to do well.
