Considering:

  • Witcher 2
  • Deus X HR
  • Skyrim

Something to max out the hardware ([email protected], 6950). Obviously I'm reading up on reviews myself, but would be interesting to hear what people who have played all thee have to say.

Thanks.

witcher 2 great game - amazing playthrough
Skyrim - Great game not completed.
Dues X HR - hated it. wont test your hardware it looks ok (good in places) but its to easy on the hardware to push your system.

witcher 2 heard itz a great game - haven't played it
Skyrim - Looks awesome, will install it when I have finished other currently installed games
Dues X HR - Loved it definitely recommend it.

Out of those I'd play Deus Ex first

I also suggest BF3

Witcher 2 is your best bet, its a proper pc game not a port and will use all your hardware to its full potential.

While looking utterly stunning :D

A new rig and you only want one game? Get all three, they are great and will give you some variety. There are some excellent deals out there if you look around.

You just got a new pc so you need 2 new games at least - bf3 for visual wows and skyrim for sheer immersive wowness. 51 hours played for me since christmas. oh and you need starcraft 2 also, absolute masterpiece

Starcraft 2 looks pretty darn sexy maxed settings at 1440p. But in large fights your single gpu will struggle. Other than that should be fine.

SC2 looks horrible on anything other than low to me :3 i always play on low, creep look horrible anything higher.

skyrim is my favourite atm, but can be too many bugs to be enjoyable. witcher 2 is a great looking game, but cant seem to get into it.
