Looking for your opinions on which to go for, AMD or Intel? Specifically which motherboard / processor combination, but would like to know generally at the moment, which is leading the way in the gaming world? I've had a search on Google but most of the articles are years old.
I've got a mid range budget, wanting the best hardware without the top end price bracket, although all and any suggestions will be welcomed. From the research I've done, AMD looks significantly cheaper and having used them in my previous build, I wasn't disappointed. Best AMD mobos out at the moment? Suggested processor combos?
