So a friend of mine wants me to spec and build him a gaming PC for 4K gaming only. He already has a nice 4K Gsync monitor and a GTX 1080TI on order. I am just struggling to choose which CPU to go for at the moment. Having read various review sites, right now the i7 7700K (Kaby Lake) appears to be the best CPU for gaming, although I keep hearing how powerful and mighty Ryzen 7 is, but right now its not quite there for gaming? Can someone offer me some advice please?
