Looking at the dxracer king gaming chair. im 15 stone and 6.3. what would the best chair to buy. seen this chair for £220 thanks in response ;)

I've just bought a chair from Costco for £120. It's the best chair I've ever had and I've been through loads at that price and above over the years.

It's coil sprung like a decent mattress, and is so soft :)

Would you have a link so that I could take a look please?

That's a shame as I don't have a store by me. Does the chair have a name as they often stock things that are also available from other suppliers?

According to the box it is a "True Innovations" "Executive Office Chair".

Don't seem to be able to find the same one online anywhere.

Found a similar model on Amazon but the reviews sucked, no idea if it has the same pocket sprung seat or anything. Seems to be a US brand, hence why I found them in Costco I guess!

Thanks for that, could I trouble you to upload a photo of it please, as I need to decide whether or not to make a trip to the store?

Bought a second hand Steelcase Leap V1 the other week for £170. Feels substantially better built than any of the £100 chairs from Ikea, Argos, Staples etc. I've owned in the past.

It weighs so much! Probably over 30Kg as it's a full metal base/frame afaik.

Loads of adjustment options, not as comfortable in there isn't a lot of padding but it will last a lot longer and feels better when spending a decent amount of time in in it once setup how I like.

+ 1 convert to second hand Steelcase leap here at least.

I have also just bought reconditioned steelcase leap V1 chairs for work, most adjustable chair I've used, literally everything is adjustable. Very ergonomic.

At home I have an Ikea Markus which I rate highly other than non adjustable arm rests.

i just recently purchased one of these and its very good for posture and comfort :)

I just bought the Akracer Nitro from this site. You would probably want the Premium as I think it is a larger chair?
I only set it up last night, but damn I have never felt so comfortable while in the correct posture (I am a sloucher which has led to a lot of upper back pain recently). I managed a good few hours sitting correctly and comfortable compared to my usual 5 minutes before slouching.
The only downside is my butt is not used to the new seat which of course is very firm as it is not yet worn in!

My DX Racer is the formula series F series, and im 5'10 and around 9 - 10 stone. Then again i could be heavier by now but i'm too lazy to jump on the scales. So if that helps you with the decision. Really impressed with it too after 6 months of use

I bought a Steelcase Leap V2, black leather from ebay around £230 mark I think. Great chair but want something taller with neck support. I've been looking at the DX Racer King and GT Omega Master XL as both have locking tilt on the base but everytime I went to buy one they'd sell out from any shops I'd try. Now stock is pre-order in Europe!
